Fight against shopping app Ajio for my undelivered product

Hi everyone. 

It has been quite a time that you see my post. I hope everyone is safe and healthy. Where people are suffering in this pandemic, surviving for their lives, I have one more suffering.

I made a mistake in the past by downloading the Ajio app. And another mistake I made by ordering products from the app. 

I ordered four products (which were prepaid) and was quite excited about getting them. The day came when I received the parcel. It was not tampered and was in good condition. On the package, it mentioned that it contains four products. I opened it, checked my products one by one, and found that I received only three products out of four. I immediately called Ajio's customer care number and complained about it. It was the 2nd of June, and the customer executive asked me to wait till the 8th of June for the resolution. 

I waited till the 8th and called on the same day. No resolution provided, and again I was given two more days to wait. But at that time, I didn't know that that day is not going to come.

I called back on the 10th, then 12th, then 16th, then 17th, then 18th.

On the 18th, I tweeted but no revert. 

Again called on 20th.

On 21st, I sent them a message on Twitter but no revert and called again on 22nd, asking for my product for which I already spent Rs. 3165/-, but I didn't get the solution.

Customer executives are on another level. Sometimes, they were disconnecting the call, and the other times they were rude. I was complaining again and again but didn't get the revert and solution from them. 

On the 23rd of June at night around 9 P.M., which is my usual time to sleep, I got a call from Ajio customer executive. He said that he has checked with his team and found that they have sent me all the products. (First of all, is it the right time to call?)

I said, but one product is missing. 

He said, you are saying on your own, you don't have the evidence for it. 

I said I didn't get the product, and if you have the evidence about the proper process taken by your team till the time parcel reached me, then share it. (And I didn't imagine earlier that there can be a fraud so, I had to take a video before opening it.)

He said that I don't have the rights to share it with you.

What the hell is this happening? I paid Rs. 3156/- for that particular product and didn't even receive the product. Here I am the one who is in the loss, and their team is neither taking any interest in the investigation nor providing me the solution by providing the product or refund.

I felt cheated. 

They have digested my money and didn't even burp.
 
The morning I decided to raise my concern with the grievance officer. I emailed on their email id, waited, but no revert. 

I commented on Instagram, but no revert. 

The next day, mailed again to the grievance officer for the revert, commented on Instagram and Facebook. This time I got the reply. They asked for my order Id. I provided, hoping that, this time, I will get my product, and all those calls, sufferance will come to an end. But this time also, I was wrong. 

Today, in the evening, I checked on Instagram. They commented that they have checked with their team, and they dispatched all the products in the parcel. I commented that I didn't get the product and if they have investigated about it then send me the proof with all the process followed till the parcel reached me. 

Instead of replying and providing support, I see that they have deleted the old comments on the post. Their only concern is maintaining their fake image in front of others and keep doing the fraud.

After checking all the reviews and comments on social media, I found out that I was not alone in facing this. I was not alone in the suffering. It is a new kind of fraud. 









I am sharing one more image of a product for which I ordered earlier (about Rs.3000/- for the t-shirt), and you can see what I got - 



It looked like 3/4 years old used t-shirt, but somehow I was successful in returning it. 


And shorts, but found it after removing the tags, so accepted it the way it was-






It is just a glimpse that I have shared here. You can check it on Ajio's reviews and social media comments section. They looted me, but they can not stop my voice. I want my product and will fight for it till my last breath. Because no one can do fraud just like that, and here, I am who is suffering for getting the product.

Who will be responsible for all these days when I couldn't work? Instead of working, I had to call them again and again. And it takes about half an hour to connect to the executives. At nights I couldn't sleep by knowing that I have been the victim of a fraud.

Ajio did fraud with me. I will not sit here silently and take it as my bad luck. No, I will fight and get my product.
